If location access is granted, NexusCapture may capture device location as part of report submission. This location data is used to support incident reporting and provide contextual information for authorized review and operational handling.

NexusCapture may send push notifications for direct messages, broadcast messages, and related app activity. Push notification tokens are used solely to support notification delivery and associated messaging functionality.

7. How Information Is Shared

Information collected or processed through NexusCapture is intended for use within the authorized operational environment of Markus Analytics Limited and its approved administrative users.

We do not sell personal information collected through NexusCapture.

Information may be accessible to authorized administrators responsible for managing users, reviewing reports, and sending operational communications.

8. Data Retention

Information may be retained for operational, administrative, audit, legal, and security purposes for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and meet organizational requirements.

9. Security

NexusCapture is designed to support authenticated access, controlled account assignment, secured reporting workflows, and managed messaging access. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children

NexusCapture is not directed to children and is intended only for authorized users.
